KSITIL (now KITIL), through its projects like KITFRA, plays a crucial role in developing and managing critical IT infrastructure. As a public-facing entity, its website is the primary channel for communicating progress, sharing vital documents, and engaging with stakeholders and the public. However, the existing KITFRA website suffered from an aging architecture, non-responsive design, and slow performance. This not only presented a poor professional image but also hindered citizens' ability to quickly find and access necessary information, undermining the organization's goal of transparency and effective communication.
