Situation

The Department of Electrical Inspectorate served as the primary regulatory body for electrical safety across Kerala, processing thousands of license applications, permit requests, and inspection schedules annually. Citizens, contractors, and businesses required various services including new connections, contractor licenses, and safety inspections.
